• Platform: The online informational website and lead-capture forms provided athttps://www.marjin.ai/.
• Services: Access to website content, the "Book a Demo" facility, and the mailing list subscription.
• You: Any entity or individual accessing the website or requesting a demo.

2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF PLATFORM

The website provides information regarding Marjin's AI-native hospitality intelligence platform, including the "Maître" tool. Use of the live dashboard and data aggregation services is strictly governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement and is not granted under these website Terms of Use.

3. RIGHTS OF USE

3.1 Marjin grants you a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable right to browse the website and use the website strictly as permitted herein:

• Free access to the Platform: Includes viewing public-facing marketing content and using contact/demo request forms.
• Paid Subscriptions: Not applicable via the website; access to full platform features requires a signed individual agreement.

3.2 You must not, and must not allow any third party to:

• Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means or interface not provided by us to access the Platform or extract data;
• Use any Materials or content from this website to train, tune, or improve any machine learning or artificial intelligence models without our express written consent;
• Engage in the systematic retrieval of data or other content from the Platform to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory;
• Attempt to bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Platform, including but not limited to IP blocking or CAPTCHAs

4. INDEMNITY

You shall indemnify and hold us harmless from any losses or claims arising from a breach of these Terms, including any unauthorized attempts to scrape or reverse-engineer website content.

5. FEES

There are no fees for browsing the website or joining the mailing list. Subscription Fees for the full software service are handled via individual commercial contracts and are non-refundable.
